  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
    Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Made to order items will be processed and leave our warehouse within 2-4 weeks. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order's journey. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your shipping address, if shipped via our standard shipping service. Expedited shipping is available at the checkout for a fee. All orders are dispached from our warehouse located in Leeds, UK.
  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS?
    Once the order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order. If you see a mistake with your shipping address, please email us at info@mayleen.co.uk as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and edit a shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery.
  • HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Please email info@mayleen.co.uk as quickly as possible! If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange here once you receive your order.
  • DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAP?
    Yes. We offer a gift wrap in a beautiful gift box, with tissue paper and ribbon to any order for £10. For £2.50 you can also add a specialized gift note that will be placed inside your package.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
    Sorry you have received a faulty item! So we can get this sorted, please contact us at info@mayleen.co.uk with a picture of the faulty item and your order number.
  • CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
    Yes, MAYLÉEN offers easy exchanges. You can exchange your item for the same item in another size seamlessly, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the tags attached. Made to order and pre-made items are non returnable. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
  • HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?
    Please fill in the details on your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel.   • MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
    MADE TO ORDER or PRE-MADE items are made for each customer and are non returnable, we only accept exchanges.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
    You are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of delivery. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 21 days of receiving your parcel. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.
